 A partir de una breve descripción del acoso escolar y de las personas que en él intervienen, la obra desarrolla una acertada y práctica metodología, con estrategias de acción preventiva y de aplicación cuando aparece el conflicto, con propuestas para establecer fórmulas de colaboración con las familias. La intervención para prevenir y atajar el problema en los Institutos de ESO compromete a todo el profesorado, bajo la dirección y coordinación del Departamento de Orientación.
