Resumen

En un estudio realizado para el Centro de Educación y Tecnología del Ministerio de Educación de Chile, se identificó la brecha existente entre las necesidades planteadas por actores claves del sistema escolar y la disponibilidad de recursos digitales. Los resultados indican que para un número significativo de necesidades existen medios digitales que no son utilizados por docentes de aula ni docentes-directivos. A partir de esta constatación se propone la creación de un Sistema Integral de Recursos Digitales que horizontaliza los flujos de información entre creadores de recursos, gestores de la política pública educativa y los profesores de los establecimientos.

Abstract:

In a study carried out for the Center of Education and Technology of the Ministry of Education of Chile, the existent breach was identified among the necessities outlined by key actors of the school system and the readiness of digital resources. The results indicate that for a significant number of necessities there are digital resources that are not used for teachers of classroom neither principals schools. Starting from this verification it intends the creation of an Integral System of Digital Resources that it equips the flows of information among creators of resources, agents of the public educational politics and the professors of the establishments.
