RESUMEN: Las aportaciones y alcances más importantes de este trabajo de investigación muestran que, tanto en las opiniones de las personas con más información sobre el conflicto de Kosovo como las que tienen menos acceso a la información, el papel del contexto en los problemas de índole social es sustancial para decidir por una u otra dirección en cuanto a las loables vías de solución que albergan miles de seres humanos como en el caso concreto de Kosovo. Los planteamientos filosóficos y psicológicos de las personas sobre este tipo de conflictos es sustancialmente diferente dependiendo de su nivel cultura y social.

ABSTRACT: The contributions and I reach more important of this work of investigation show that, as much in the opinions of the people with more information on the conflict of Kosovo like whom they have less access to the information, the paper del context in the problems of social nature is substantial to decide by one or another direction in whatever of the praiseworthy routes of solution that lodge thousands of human beings as in the tactical mission of Kosovo. The philosophical and psychological expositions of the people on this type of conflicts are substantially different depending on their level social and culture.
